Renowned as Innoconn’s first project delivered as a CMr, this milestone project was instrumental in what Innoconn is today. This unique project was located on a 6 acre parcel that had an existing brick building in need of much needed help. The project consisted of renovating the existing building into 39 new apartments and constructing a new building adjacent to it consisting of 111 units. This high-end development included a roof deck lounge, fitness center, clubhouse and dog park, all centrally located within the state.
