The Innoconn Story
Innoconn was born out of frustration in 2015. By then, our founders had decades of experience in commercial and residential development, encountering the same issues time and again: misaligned incentives, lack of transparency, and projects plagued by delays and unnecessary costs.
They decided to take control, building a company that would align with developer interests and contractor execution; a company where clients know exactly what’s happening at every stage. Contracts are structured for fairness, not loopholes. “Getting it done right” is our only option. We bring a different approach to construction, one built on honesty, anticipation, and real accountability.
