Construction Logistics
Unlike a construction manager who works for the contractor, we act solely on behalf of the owner, providing unbiased advice and advocating for their interest, providing capacity and oversight for the client where none exists.
Quality Assurance
On-site supervision with an eye for quality. We ensure the builder is providing the approved products and installing them correctly. We will cross reference design documents to field installations to ensure there are no discrepancies and set quality expectations early on.
