Project Description

A complicated redevelopment of a 22-acre parcel that has been the host of a convent for the Sisters of Saint Josephs for the past 135 years. Balancing the project construction while maintaining a positive environment for the active convent boasted open and positive communication throughout the duration of the project. A portion of the existing building was renovated, providing multi-family housing, a fitness center and recreational courts while a new structure was built to complement the existing structures. The new construction provided 67 covered parking spaces, a rooftop patio and created a new courtyard with pool and clubhouse.
