Working with Innoconn, LMXD LLC—a seasoned developer with extensive experience managing over $500 million in development projects across diverse asset classes—recently kicked off construction on a mixed-use development designed to address New Haven’s housing needs while fostering economic growth and enhancing community spaces.
When complete in early 2026, the project will comprise 283 residential units, featuring a mix of market-rate and affordable housing, 12,500 square feet of retail space, and 12,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, community lounge, and landscaped courtyard with a pool.
